About Our Guild

The Palo Duro Handweavers Guild of Texas welcomes all fiber enthusiasts, be they weavers, spinners, felters, dyers, knitters, crocheters, or basketmakers. Our guild has been bringing together fiber enthusiasts for 40 years.

The guild meets the last Thursday of each month– August through May.  Other half and full day workshops are held during the guild year as well. It is easy to join our guild.  All we ask is your participation and a $10.00 yearly membership fee. The main purpose of our guild is to share information and encourage each other.

The guild maintains a library of  books, publications, and magazines, from which members may borrow in order to expand their knowledge and experience. We also have a spinning wheel and a loom available for our members to rent on a short term basis.

Feel free to contact us if you are interested in becoming a member, for future meeting locations, or any other questions.  At the moment we are meeting on Zoom the last Thursday night in each month. You may send a check for this years dues to our PO Box listed below, and let us know by e-mailing us via the contact us page and we will add your e-mail to the zoom list.

Thank you for checking us out.
